So we'd basically be turning them away because we suspect they are illegal immigrants.

ColinAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5274291.post-1143584421394169982006-03-28T16:20:00.000-06:002006-03-28T16:20:00.000-06:00on the radio this morning they were talking about ...on the radio this morning they were talking about it, some guy called in and said that he was sick of immigrants taking away americans' jobs because they would work for less money. Then the host tanna said that it wasn't the immigrants as much as it was the employers who were taking advantage of them, and they were putting americans out of work. i guess i just thought i'd throw that out there.
-kristinaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5274291.post-1143563622083978432006-03-28T10:33:00.000-06:002006-03-28T10:33:00.000-06:00Job? A well-put rant indeed. I wish I had crap to talk about, but it just comes out as music I guess.

And for the lawnmowing. That's the easiest job ever. No taxes, (usually) not much travel, and you're done with a lot of money in a short amount of time. One of the best jobs (of the few) I've had.Shawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03373409632342639001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5274291.post-1143556655525066922006-03-28T08:37:00.000-06:002006-03-28T08:37:00.000-06:00Why do you have to accept them? If not, well that's a HUGE hole in the system right there!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5274291.post-1143523423637775282006-03-27T23:23:00.000-06:002006-03-27T23:23:00.000-06:00i feel more aware of the problem with illegal immi...i feel more aware of the problem with illegal immigration than most people due to my summer job... working at a pre employment background screening/drug testing company. almost 85% of the people that came in for pre employment screening were illegal immigrants. It was frustrating having to deal with fake social security cards/fake resident alien cards/fake drivers lisences every day because even if you know they're fake, we still had to accept them. My biggest problem is the people that come here illegaly with no intent on americanizing themselves by taking on some part of our culture or becomming citizens, or just flat out don't want anything to do with america except that "it's not mexico".

ColinAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
